Does anyone know anything about colon cleanse pills?
So, im about to take these colon cleanse pills and it says to take 4 capsules 4 times daily. So im pretty sure that means to take 12 a day. But does anyone know if thats really the right amount to take because that seems like a lot of pills and im not too sure about it. Ive always been paranoid taking pills and taking 12 seems like a little too much. i know theres no medicine, drugs in them but does anyone know anything about them?

I have been trying to lose weight, I'm doing good so far, Someone told me i should use colon cleanser to clear all the old foods in my body?I am willing to try this but what is the best one?& how should I do it? I don't wanna use it to fast so i won't gain back all the pounds.Also, colon cancer runs in my family serverly, so by doing this can it help prevent it?
